Company registration

Registration in progress. MyIQCart is not yet a registered business entity, and this page will carry the enterprise number and VAT number as soon as it is. We would rather say so plainly than display a number that does not exist — a wrong registration number on a public page is worse than an honest gap.

Nature of the service

MyIQCart is a price comparison service. It does not sell goods, hold stock or process payments. Purchases are made with third-party retailers under their own terms.

Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board, and prefer to settle problems directly — write to hello@myiqcart.com.

Content responsibility

Product names, images and descriptions originate from the retailers whose offers are shown, and remain their property. Prices are observations of publicly published retail prices, shown with the time of observation.
