1. What MyIQCart is

MyIQCart is an information service. We compare prices published by third party shops and, if you ask, notify you when one changes. We do not sell anything, hold stock, take payment, or act as a party to your purchase.

2. Prices are indicative

Prices and availability shown here are what we last observed, at the time shown next to them. They change constantly and can be wrong. The price and terms at the shop's own checkout are the ones that govern. Always check before buying.

We make a genuine effort to be accurate and we would rather show “unknown” than a guess — but we cannot warrant that every figure on this site is correct at the moment you read it.

3. Your purchase is with the shop, not with us

When you follow a link and buy, the contract is between you and that retailer. Delivery, returns, warranty, refunds and complaints are theirs to handle under their terms and your consumer rights.

4. Accounts

• You must be 16 or older to create an account.
• Give a real email address; it is how alerts and password resets reach you.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from the account page.

5. Fair use

Please do not:

• Scrape, bulk-download or resell the data on this site.
• Attempt to break, overload or probe the service.
• Use it to build automated purchasing or scalping tools.
• Create accounts to abuse the alert system.

We may suspend accounts that do these things.

6. Alerts are best-effort

We try hard to deliver alerts promptly, but we cannot guarantee that a notification arrives, arrives in time, or arrives before an offer sells out. Do not rely on MyIQCart as the only safeguard for something that matters financially.

7. Affiliate links

Some outbound links earn us commission. It never affects ranking or which shops are shown. Full disclosure.

8. Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including a deal missed because of a late or undelivered alert or a price that had changed. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights.

9. Changes

These terms may change. Material changes are announced to account holders before they take effect, and the date above always reflects the current version.

10. Law

Belgian law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law of your own country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
